Is the “heart reaction” an acceptable response to a well crafted saucy photo?

As the title implies…Do y’all think receiving a “heart reaction” (on iPhone) in response to a sexy photo sent to a person you’ve been seeing (semi casually) for several months is a decent response? Or do y’all think it implies that the person’s interest is waning? Mostly just looking for opinions…
