Do you ever feel that people are more excited to hear you talk, compared to wanting to talk to you?

With it seeming like people nowadays want to talk about themselves, or how people dominate conversations, and hardly let you get a word in, do you feel the opposite, when it comes to talking to certain people? Meaning they actually seem interested, and excited to hear what you have to say, about whatever?
