How to date in this generation

I’ve prob tried in the last two years to talk to guys and like we pretty much act like we’re together or dating and then they ghost me and have a gf like a week later I seriously set my intentions always straight and like even if like a guy will flirt and act interested to me and have a gf like WHATTT?? Since when since where ?? Like I hate it I’m going to be single literally forever
