Sometimes, even after I’ve talked to him about certain things/ issues and we resolve it or get okay, it all comes back to me again. Like, after sometime, it might pop in my mind again and new questions arise out of the blue. You know what I mean? I really want to stop it but I am unable to.

And these questions, make me feel really low. And most of the time I discuss and ask him again and it does frustrate him at times. But its also not fair that I keep bringing things up on repeat even after we’ve talked of it.

Tl:dr: How do I completely let go of things? Not overthink it and dwell in things.
