She’s really cute, but in one of her many pictures she almost certainly has a cold sore outbreak beside her lip. I know HSV is very common, and chances are I have asymptomatic oral herpes, but it’s difficult for me to pursue her knowing I could contract a lifelong virus that might give me cold sores. How should I navigate this?
