ive been doing kegels nearly everyday for around 2-5 minutes for a couple weeks, but ive gotten scared since i read some comments saying this can actually be harmful. i read one where a woman’s vagina basically “fell out” from doing them a lot so that basically made my heart drop 😭

can this really be doing more damage than good? ive noticed that i am much more tighter down there but i cant fit anymore than two fingers, so i am nervous that i am overdoing it. im also nervous that if i do decide to do the act with my boyfriend one day for the first time, its not gonna be easy or it’ll possibly be uncomfortable.

should i entirely stop for now or do it much less frequently? is there a proper way i should learn so i can prevent damage?
