I’ve been enjoying the sitcom *Community* and was surprised to find out that the Dean’s name is “Craig”, not “Greg” (with a weak initial “G”).
In the rest of the English-speaking world, it’s pronounced with an AY to rhyme with “vague”.
Are their other words with “ai” that are pronounced with a short “e”?
