Hey my fellow warriors, I almost alway suffer from this and I don’t know why, whenever I go shopping, usually for clothes, shoes, etc.. I feel suffocated, dizzy and can’t wait to run away from the store.
Same thing when I go grocery shopping and I spend more than 10-15min inside looking for the stuff on my list, I start to feel same way.
I know women love shopping and spending hours and men hate it, I do dislike it very much, but I don’t know why I feel this imprisonment when I’m going shopping for clothes and shoes, and for context, I do that once or maybe twice per year 😅
Once I find something fits, I get 2-3 pairs that lasts me for 2-3y so I wouldn’t go for shopping often.
Anyone has same issue or explanation?
