Hi, I’m 18M with very poor social skills in many cases. One of them is making proper eye contact. I usually struggle to make eye with my teachers in the lesson and also girls in many any social settings. I don’t know when, how and to what extent I should make eye contact with my teachers? I usually struggle to make eye contact with my male teachers. Be it’s at school or at a private learning center.
It’s also the same situation with girls. I don’t know when, how and to what extent. Please, give pieces of advice.
