TLDR: They think she is not good enough for me.
I am 25(M) and gf is 25(F), have been in relationship for over a year now we were friends before this.
My parents judge my gf on the fact that she doesn’t earn a lot(she probably won’t ever due to her profession). But idc since I do earn a lot and would easily be able to manage everything even without her income plus she has done a lot for me I would probably still be a lonely low confident person without her, she has helped me cope with a lot of traumas(which my parents gave me).
They keep telling me to tell them stuff about her which I don’t want to and it always leads to an argument. I do love my parents but I am 25 and I have boundaries. How do I make them stop?
