What if you get sick on your wedding day?

1. My mom had poisoon ivy on her wedding day lol

   Luckily her dress had long sleeves

2. I read a story about a bride that had some sort of stomach bug. She also wore a body Spanx. So while at the wedding the wedding coordinator notices a smell and spots something brown on edge of dress. She quickly gets the bride.

   She was so sick, the poop came out without her noticing and it was trapped mostly inside the body Spanx. They took the dress off and begged someone to get bride spare clothes. They took the bride to a location and she was covered in poop. It was coming up between her breasts.

   Thankfully if I remember correctly they got her cleaned up.

   For a lot of people NOTHING will stop them from getting married.

3. My mom was so sick she threw up on the pastor’s shoes in the middle of the wedding. Still got married, though the wedding night was not what my parents had dreamed of.

4. I was puking my brains out on my wedding day. I actually have a picture of me bent over the toilet and my sister holding my hair lol but that didn’t stop me from getting married

5. I got mono on my wedding day. It was a destination wedding. You push through.

6. A lot of time, money, and coordination goes in to planning your typical wedding. I’d imagine that, for a lot of people, forcing themselves to rally and push through is easier than trying to deal with the nightmare of cancelling and trying to reschedule.

   The morning of my wedding, my blood sugar went way too low and my fiance had to wake me up with glucose tablets and juice. I always feel sick and wonky on mornings that start like that and would rather sit around and recuperate in peace, but my sister was coming to pick me up to take me to the hairdresser and…just…we had shit to do, man.

7. I had a friend who gave birth on her wedding day. She still made it to the church on time.

8. I guess you push through. My sister was visiting with her kids the week before my wedding so I tried my best to wash hands as much as possible to avoid bugs. I guess it worked because neither I nor my wife nor the kids were sick.

9. Get a doctor to prescribe ondansetron (Zofran).

    Needless to say the marriage did not work out
