Hi All! I am dealing with SuttonKersh and Countrywide. My offer has been accepted by the seller and now they are supposedly arranging the draft agreement of sale to summarise the details to be sent to me. I am very hesitant to go with Countrywide as I think they’d be giving me extra fees. They haven’t been really transparent about who my lender is and when I ask, they just say “don’t worry, it’s going to be affordable”. They also signed me up to their in-house conveyancing service who contacted me randomly, asking for the down-payment. I feel a little overwhelmed as everything’s moving too fast. I feel like I should go with another mortgage advisor but I fear that if I don’t avail of the in-house service anymore, they’re going to withdraw the sale of my dream house and give it to somebody else! Anyone here has the same problem or have any advice? Thank you!
