Women who took a break from dating to work on themselves, what was the process?

  1. I used to be a serial dater. I jumped from relationship to relationship. During the covid pandemic, I learned to stay single for 1.5 or 2 years. It was good.

I also went to a lot of therapy as well. And I spent time strengthening my friendships with my friends. I also spent time learning to put myself first and prioritize myself more, something I used to have a lot of difficulty with. I learned to put time into making myself happy, instead of always prioritizing other people’s happiness over my own.

When another relationship ended, I learned to stay single for at least a few months. It was good.

Later I met my current bf. It’s good.
