What more did you find about your partner when you traveled together for the first time?

1. That he has bonkers spatial awareness. Dude cannot pack a trunk in any sane way omg.

2. That we were a match in more ways than I realized. My entire life I had mostly only had travel companions who insisted on doing activities every single day, when sometimes I physically and emotionally needed to rest and just do low-key things in order to be relaxed enough to actually have a restful vacation. My now-spouse has always been great about that.
