I (22F) got in a relationship with my BF (23M) last year, he moved to a different continent to continue his studies, so it’s been a long distance relationship since then, we had a break from the relationship few months ago then we got back together, the break could’ve been a breakup for all we knew, in that time I was looking for opportunities to continue my studies abroad, I applied for a scholarship and I got the reaponse that I was accepted yesterday. The probelem is that it’s in a whole other continent, and for 2 years. When I applied I didn’t know that we will be back together, now I don’t know what to do, I didn’t even tell him yet, I don’t know how. If I go along with this scholarship I will definitely join him after 2 years, but I don’t know if it will make things harder, and I really don’t know how to tell him.
Any help or advice will be very appreciated.
TL;DR : I don’t know how to tell my boyfriend about a great opportunity for my studies that will extend our long distance relationship.
