Half sharing my opinion here, half asking what others think.
A girl who I’d been talking to for a while was at my house for a party and came up to my room to spend the night. We had never even kissed.
The thing I feel is an amazing sign is that she was on her period, so didn’t want me to do anything to her, but still spent the night and gave me head. I feel like the fact that she wanted to stay the night just to pleasure me is the best possible sign. Am I wrong?

She is attracted to you. That’s a given. Whether or not she wants anything is a different question, so if you are interested in her that way (like dates) you might have to just straight up ask. Physical = discovering attraction. Communication = discovering intentions, needs & where people are at mentally.
