6. I’m dogsitting a big girl for a friend.

   I wouldn’t give her (the dog) some of my spicy Buffalo wings and now she’s comically pouting by giving me the cold shoulder. She’s normally a clingy snuggler.

   She’s lying on her side facing away from me on the farthest away possible part of the bed.

   “Daisy….come here Daisy. Come on girl. It was too spicy for your tummy…please?”

   She lifts her head, and then, “Nawf,” then put her head back down without looking at me.

   I swear I just got told No by a dog.
