How did you bounce back?
I’ll be honest fellas. I’m struggling physically at the moment. Putting on weight rapidly.
I got diagnosed with IBS on my 30th birthday along with a tiny hernia, GERD and mild gastritis. I’ve started putting on weight and I’ve always been a slim guy.
I’ve tried to work out again like I did a couple of years ago but just doing 30 pushups will cause me issues for about a week. That’s even with steroids.
Really struggling to get myself physically moving as everything feels heavier and the lightest movements feel more like heavy movements.
If you’ve been in a similar situation, how the hell did you bounce back? Because, I’m really fucking struggling and I don’t want to end up unhealthy. I can feel myself declining as is.
Please help.
