Hello,
I am looking to pick up a skill and hopefully renovate and flip my flat. Trying to understand what skill would save me more money in the long run. I will probably keep buying doer uppers going forward.
Is it more useful to learn tiling since I am guessing I would use it more.. unless more properties have a need for plastering?
