I (24m) recently got out of a relationship where I almost got engaged but as it turns out she wanted to be her “own woman” while we dated. Nonetheless we’re done but I can’t look at women the same.
When they want to talk or show interest I feel the same pain I felt when I found out what my ex was doing behind my back. It hurts and it’s ruined my sex life. Even as I type this I can feel my heart dropping. What do I do?
