Not necessarily to a point where if you won the lottery or got offered a higher salary you wouldn’t leave/move.
I ask because I’m really becoming disillusioned at work. Work as a Partnerships Manager, good at what I do but boy is it tedious. I find it to be the same everywhere I go and can only hold interest in a job for about a year before becoming frustrated and bored to a point I quietly quit and end up having to move.
