Syrup can vary a bit by country.
Non US Coke, incl Mexican, usually uses real cane sugar instead of HFCS. Due to some dumb American laws applying dumb import duties on real cane sugar.
“Mexican” Coca-Cola uses real cane sugar, while “American” Coca-Cola uses high fructose corn syrup. Each have their own place, in my opinion, but some people strongly believe the real sugar tastes better
The main difference is that Mexican Coca Cola uses cane sugar and in the US it is produced with high fructose corn syrup. Also, Mexican coke usually comes in glass bottles here, rather than cans.
Coca Cola has different recipes for different countries though, so it is possible that there are other small differences.
Freedom…jk it’s the type of sugar. USA uses high fructose.
American coke will give you diabetes faster than mexican coke
Can you guys really tell the difference between white sugar and corn syrup? They are both just mixes of fructose and glucose, nearly the same ratio.
Coke with yellow bottle caps instead of white are made with sugar instead of corn syrup. It’s widely available around Passover.
