Hello, my girlfriend and I have been together just over a year and a half, we have recently been on our first holiday together and on this holiday I expressed how much I love her and want to be the father of her children, I think she was taken aback and just 2 days after our holiday had finished she has asked me for a break. I asked her if she was just prolonging a breakup and if we’ll be back together after the break and she was unsure. I love this woman so much and was planning to propose to her on our next holiday, although we have only been together roughly a year and a half she is the only woman I want to be with. How do I ensure that after our break she will want to come back to me? Is there anything I can do?
