Is it okay for a love interest to prefer their calm side?

She can be fun and talktative, but when I got to know her caring side and heard her talk about her calm attitude when it comes to religion and such, she kinda won my heart. She seems rather reserved about this, as this comes up rarely only. But is it reasonable to focus on that?
