For crimes such as bike theft and burglary – I think most of us would accept that it seems reporting it to the police seems to do bugger all. And most of us just don’t bother anymore.
I’m not here to question what has caused this.
But what does it mean for our future?
Do you think culturally (and I do recognise that we in cities probably feel it more) we will come to accept more and more categories of crimes are just part of every day life?
