Summer is on the horizon, what kind of meat you gonna be grillin’ this year?

2. Burgers, Carne asada, and I might try ribs.

3. Not as much as in years past. You see the price of proteins lately?

5. Steaks, burgers, brats idgaf it’s all delicious cooked over charcoal (okay steaks obviously win but hey)

6. I’d say a good old bbq brisket, but their too expensive right now. Gonna go with some ballparks dogs.

7. It’s summer here 11 months out of the year and it’s steaks, ribs, brisket, burgers, chicken – typically whichever is on sale, which still isn’t cheap but it helps.

   I also want to try grilling goat. Goat is more of a stewing meat in my personal opinion. But I was reading about nyama choma which is a style of barbecue from the eastern part of Africa. And they often grill goat meat. So I hope to give it a try this summer.

10. Going to try to eat more bison this year.

11. This is the Summer of Brisket at my house. I have an all purpose BBQ rub but this year I want to make a brisket specific rub so going to do a lot of experiments.

12. I will be geilling my roadkill that i have in my freezer. So far i have 1 racoon , 2 opossums, 2cats and several human limbs.
