Some important pointers:
-We are in mid 20s.
-We never gave verbal commitment to each other.
-He knew really well that I am conservative, so much so that we hadn’t hugged each other till now.
-It was a side hug.
-She posted that picture on social media.
-They both were happy and laughing in the picture.
-I found out about it myself a week later.
-He said he was about to tell me but was waiting for the right time.
-He took the blame and said sorry.
-He asked me to give another chance.
-I really love him.
-He said he was just drunk and dancing with people and someone pushed him towards her and then he started dancing with her group.
-I am losing my sanity. Idk how to forgive or leave him.
Tl;dr- my partner got drunk, hugged his ex, didn’t tell me himself, but said sorry and took the blame.
