hey guys, in the summer of 2023 i did for the first time oral sex with my ex and i ejaculated prematurely.
Yesterday i did with my gf for the first time vaginal sex and from that sensation of extreme rubbing the penis i ejaculated in seconds.
I did some testosterone blood test to find whats my T level and it’s 15,7 nmol/L which is kinda low for 19 yo.
I dont know what should i do can you help me with some advices?
