Hello everyone, I’m a 33 year male old and I’ve been on and off with working out and dieting for a long time. When I was in my late teens early 20s I was a specimen, I lived on an acreage with my folk’s and are really clean.

As a grew and got older I started gaining a few extra pounds every year and acquired a few bad habits that compacted and now I don’t look so great.

I’m going on and on here so I’ll just ask my question, if I stick to a regimented diet and did body weight exercises what could I actually achieve?
