as i stated i just moved to a new town and am struggling to find outlets to meet new people. Everyone at my full time job is 40+ or have a family so they don’t really organize events outside of work. was wondering what ideas/things others have done in a similar situation to find a social group. I go to the gym but am not the best at developing friendships there bc i personally don’t like to be randomly approached n bothered while doing my sets (with the position i’m in though i wouldn’t be bothered at this point but i understand why others may feel that way) i haven’t gone out to bars by myself yet which i’m willing to do but wanted ideas for things otherwise that may help me out w my problems
