Been digging through reddit and wanna have discussion with some people who are experiencing the same thing as me and whether there’s a solution or not. I’m a 21M and ever since I was 18, everytime i masturbate and then ejaculate, getting an erection an hour later would hurt. It can be described as a dull ache/ burning sensation across the entire shaft. Being flaccid would cause little pain to none. It never seemed to go away, so I’ve just been stuck in a cycle for the past few years where i masturbate and then pain for a few days repeat. I’ve noticed however since the onset of this pain, my penis has been doing some weird things. First of all, I’ve developed this hard cord that connects from the base of my penis to the head. Its hard to touch and feels like fishing wire under my skin. I also found that after some masturbation sessions this lump would appear on the side of my dick. My theory is something is wrong with my lymph drainage and fluid is struggling to move around properly after i masturbate. Whether this has anything to do with the pain i don’t know. I know people are gonna tell me “go see a urologist’ its definitely something I’m planning on doing soon. I just want to have a good chat and see if anyone is experiencing the same thing.
the symptoms are as follows:
1. painful erections after ejaculation for up to 24hrs
2. hard cord under skin present during erections and flaccid (feels like fishing wire)
3. Weird bumps under skin on the side of penis that appear after masturbation but then disappear
4. Also a bit of hard flaccid as well if you know what that is, when I’m not erect my penis will be in this semi stiff state.
