M26 quadriplegic I can’t have penetrative sex is that a deal breaker?

I broke my neck when I was 18 and never really had a chance to date. I’ve never had a girl friend or had any sort of sexual experience. so I guess my question is if all I can do is give oral sex would that be a deal breaker for most?
