I am in this cycling club group chat where the members are the active members of the club. This chat is informal at best, since we basically all know each other in real life, and we talk about a lot of things whether or not cycling-related.
There’s this person in the group though who when we were chatting online about yesterday’s ride, he had a question about my ride, but instead of addressing me directly while I was online right then he asked the other guys.
Typing this out I am not sure if I am overreacting by feeling disrespected. I mean, I know I can be quiet and introverted at times, but it’s not like you should just refer to me as if I’m not there or have no name when I am right there.
