so about 2 months ago, i left my bag in a flix coach, since then, i contacted lost and found and they emailed me with an email address for whippetcoaches. I contacted this email and it has been 2 months since that. I have not received any reply after multiple attempts to contact them and I feel lost. The bag had some really important personal stuff. How should I proceed?
