I would say call it out, but what if my boss is condescending? Or someone else in a position of authority? Im sick of being called bub and bud and receiving patronizing fist bumps (it’s the worst when it’s a combination of the two lol 😂… “good job bub 👊 “)
Really I don’t want that attitude coming from anyone, regardless of their status.
And lastly it doesn’t make sense because it’s not like Im shy or incompetent or anything, I just randomly receive belittling comments.
