My biggest issue with my mental health is a lack of genuine meaningful friendships. I have some casual friends left over from high school but they don’t really value me and kinda treat me like shit. My only genuine friend lives on the other side of the planet so obviously we can’t hang out. Is there some sort of professional help I can get with managing friendships and making new friends? I know there’s plenty of relationship counselors out there but that’s not what I need, I need help with non-romantic relationships. Maybe something like a friendship counselor? Lol does that even exist? Anybody?
