What would you define as good vs bad drinking habits?
Is it purely frequency of alcohol intake? Volume ? Effect of day to day life?
Of course, zero alcohol or two drinks with a meal on a Saturday is good and getting trashed 5 days a week is bad.
But what about everything in between?
I’m curious to know how you personally would reason that somebody is developing bad habits. I imagine it’s subjective for the person judging and also the situation of the one being judged. Interesting to hear nonetheless.
So, in your opinion, when is somebody drinking “too much”?
