I (32M) and my partner (30F) live together in a flat in Europe, we have been living here for more than 3 years. We are very peaceful people and even kind of “antisocial” when it comes to our life in the building , we basically don’t interact much with our neighbours. However, out flat is wall to wall with another flat where a couple of elder live. These neighbours have been problematic for little things since the first day. When we moved they already disturbed the workers for “closing the door too strong” and things like that. I think that the source of all is that when I moved the old man asked me for my WiFi key and I didn’t give it to him. Since then they have been annoying, the old lady blamed once I received my friends at the door for being too noisy (we were literally only saying hello for like 10 seconds outside a saturday at 16h), she received a package for me and after it took me a little bit to get to the door when she rang the bell for returning me my package she blamed me, she once followed my partner once in the elevator asking her too personal questions… We have always mostly been ignoring them but today I closed the door for walking the dog and it happened that the wind made it close A LITTLE BIT stronger than usual amd she came out yelling at me. I told her it was not my fault and that I always try to close slowly but she didn’t listen, only telling she has a portrait in the wall and “it may fall”. I would ignore the situation but I think it may grow and I am also angry because I feel that all this is unfair.

What would you do?
