I have found emails today from ‘Tagged’ addressing my husband by his first name. Emails are generic ‘click here to meet these new people’ or ‘ready to meet new people?’
He swears blind that he has no idea what Tagged even is and he has never been on it.
But, to create an account (after creating myself one just to see the process) you enter your email, and it sends a verification code to the email in order to complete registration.
The emails are also not is Spam, but rather in ‘Social’ section of his Gmail.
He has also previous ‘offences’ of the same nature, but he swears blind it was a mistake and is behind him.
Question is I guess… do I believe him? Is there a way he could be getting these emails without signing up? I’ve never used or heard of Tagged before, so not 100% sure on ins and outs of communication from them
