I’ve seen all too many articles and videos of people using drugs in broad daylight around American cities. And of course the media portrays the places as apocalyptic hellholes. Is post-pandemic American life revolving around avoiding drugs and their harm or is this crisis not as visible as is implied?
Also has the situation changed since the end of lockdowns?
