Seeking advice/anyone that can relate.
I have a rather extreme case of hyperspermia, in that I can produce up to 30ml of cum in one go. This doesn’t bother me persay, it doesn’t cause discomfort nor do I think I need any medical help, but… I’m unsure if I should try and fix it for sexual reasons.
My ex said that it was kind of an intense sensation for her whenever I finished inside her, and she felt a bit weird (and kind of gave me the impression she was a little grossed out but didn’t say that), and obviously if I came outside it always makes a mess.
On the other hand it doesn’t bother me and I’m kind of hoping that I can meet other women in the future that maybe even like it?
Should I seek treatment or no?
I haven’t had a heap of sexual experience so would be great to hear what people think!
