In my experience, Italian women and Jewish women(both Israeli and American) have been the funniest I’ve come across. It’s probably a cultural thing in both cases.
And which culture/country has the least funny/humorous?
In my experience it’s Eastern European and Indian(Unfortunate for me since I’m Indian.)
