It’s full of cat hair and has a couple plants I’m trying desperately to keep alive. I’m not very good at plants.
I leave the TV on, even if I’m not watching it. The background noise is nice when I don’t want dead silence.
Plants.
cats and fish. swedish ivy & peperomia. a ponytail palm. leaving windows open. sun catchers & wind chimes. long curtains. cool lighting.
I went for the rainforest approach in the bathrooms and kitchen, then we did bright colors in all the rooms except for our bedroom. Makes it feel more vibrant
Got a cat, got plants, hung up pretty lights. And I always have music or TV on for background noise.
Always have to have the TV on or the radio playing!
I light a candle.
Not something I have yet, but a record player is good. My dad had one and I feel its such a vibe to go and put on a record.
Also plants and incense.
Plants is the obvious one. Candles and reed diffusers for nice smells and a warm glow. Freshly baked bread.
Capitalise Every Word
Get another cat.
I leave the tv on in the kitchen like they used to do in the 80’s
Painting the walls
Candles, plants, incense or oils, often airing the house out
Colour on the walls goes a long way.
Lamps with warm bulbs.
Add stuff up higher: hang pictures, add tall plants and tall furniture.
Be consistent with your choice of metal (eg, shiny chrome, aged brass…)
