I discovered Shaoxing wine. I am curious if there are any Europeans wines like that. I love it for the following reasons.

1. The alcohol gets burned off really easily, without sacrificing the flavor of the rest of the wine.
2. I hate alcohol.
3. Shaoxing wine is used in sweet dishes. It gives depth to sweetness.
4. It doesn’t have a lot of salt. Your mouth will drop how much salt Shaoxing Wine has. 1/2 teaspoon only has 40 mg.
5. It has a strong but pleasant flavor by itself. Cook it with sugar on brocolli gets you tasty sweet broccoli. I love strong flavors.

Any reccomondations for European Wine?
