My last roomate moved out a couple of months ago and bought herself a house (im M 25 and she’s 21). After she moved we started to have sex once every two Weeks and she now proposed to me to move in with her.
The rent is a bit higher but … Sex 😂. She doesnt want anything romantic and i dont want anything romantic either and we plan on having rules.
