What happens if you accidentally crash a ocado van as a ocado driver?

I accidentally crashed the ocado van on a pillar and scraped it against the side of the van.

I called the managers straight after it happened.

They told me I will need to fill out a form when I got there.

Pulled the van in and the marshal told me to fill out a form with my employee number.

Then I got to the office and filled out more paperwork.

The guy then told me that my smart drive was activated and he will look into it.

However. I also told him that the camera wasn’t turned to me and the van was like that when I first started my shift.

I’m stressing.
Can someone tell me if this effects my driving license?
If I will lose my job? ( I am also on probation period )
