Based on what I have seen on the show, it seems exceedingly difficult to get a restraining order in the UK. Is that true? If so, why?
Here **in California,** **you can get a temporary restraining orde**r (TRO) **on signed** **declarations**, which don’t get vetted until the permanent restraining order hearing. (I don’t think that’s true for other states).
