I (29F) went on a first date with a guy (31) tonight and had a good time. It wasn’t as long as I would’ve liked it to be / it normally would’ve been since he had an event he had to go to later tonight (he had already told me about this beforehand so I knew he really did have to leave at a certain time). Anyway, because it felt cut short I feel like I didn’t get to spend as much time as I would’ve liked and I’m interested in seeing him again since I enjoyed talking to him (it’s weird but our communication felt very natural, like we had already known each other for a long time.) I’m wondering, from a male POV, if Id be embarrassing myself or coming across as desperate if (granted me doesn’t text me first) I texted him tomorrow saying I enjoyed hanging out and would be down to do it again sometime if he is. I know it’s typically not a great sign if the girl has to be the one initiating but since I would like to see him again, do you think that would be a turn off? Or too clingy?
