   Is it possible that him being casual is playing a part in how keen you feel? After all, we always want what we can’t have.

6. If you can’t, *you don’t.* Casual relationships are meant for people who *want* and like such relationships, and that’s not everyone. If you’re “catching feelings” or even worried about it, hookup culture probably isn’t for you. Just stick to regular dating and monogamy, no shame in it.

7. Be with someone you don’t find that attractive. That way a sweet piece of ass walks by and you’re like oh yeah I’d leave this chick in a second if we were dating
