I’m in a long distance relationship. Whenever I meet my girlfriend my HeartRate races and it feels like it is going to burst out of my chest. Whenever it is the time to say goodbye my blood pressure drops too much. I want to ask whether it happens with anyone else and what could be the reason? I’m fit and have no blood pressure related issues.
